Setup a Customer Trial.
Now it’s time for your client to kick the tires and take vCita for a spin. You can create a 30-day trial account for your customer so they can learn the value of vCita by actually using vCita. Simply visit your web professional dashboard to create an account.
- Your clients will receive an email confirmation, asking them to activate the account and set their password. You will also be able to log in to their account and set it up.
Tip: You can have a template account with your preferred settings and clone it for new customers to save you time! - Once ready, show the customer a preview. Instructions on how to create a preview.
- Again, the Needs Analysis Questionnaire is a good way to discuss vCita and its capabilities with your customers. You can learn more about the gaps in their current business, the disconnects in their processes and how to better tailor vCita to accommodate their needs.
