Presenting the Solution to Your Client.

The story is best understood when its benefits are emphasized to your client, highlighting how it solves their pain points. It’s best to first pick one key benefit and discuss how it can apply to their business, rather than trying to apply everything all at once.

Review the Needs Analysis Questionnaire with your client. This will help you better define needs and offer a solution that is the best fit for the client. By reviewing the document with the client and answering the questions, the client can begin to learn the value of vCita.

Again, it is best not to try to highlight all benefits of vCita, but focus on one pain point and then expand the solution. Below are two examples:

Your client is concerned about a lack of new business:
Add vCita LiveSite to the client’s website—it takes just a few minutes. Even without scheduling and payments, the lead capturing, along with email and text notifications will increase visitor engagement and capture new business for your client. This gets your client started with no change to their current processes.

Your client is spending too much time scheduling meetings and has no-shows:
First, setup the meeting using vCita Online Scheduling. This will introduce the solution to your client and the value to their business. Discuss how their website visitors are now empowered to book an appointment directly through their website. Start with a simple scheduling option; for instance, setting up a free consultation over the phone. Then design an email signature that integrates the online scheduling link or ‘schedule now’ button. Create an email campaign that offers a promotion or discount for scheduling online. Help your client find the right promotional message to send to their customers that would allow them to schedule an appointment with your client right from the email. You can show immediate value in the form of appointments scheduled—new business with no time spent on coordination usually justifies the annual cost of vCita.
