A holistic combination of all for these tools will allow you to capture more business on your website and optimize your email campaigns to create an easy way for your clients to engage with you.

First, familiarize yourself with vCita by watching the educational videos which take about 30 minutes of time. You can also refer to the vCita forum for any questions as this is a great resource. Once you’ve become an expert with vCita, it’s time to put what you’ve learned to work for your client base.

Consider a few of these best practices to introduce vCita to your new and existing client base:

  • After you integrate vCita LiveSite into your website and social media presence, be sure to add the Online Scheduling link to your email signature and the “Schedule Now” button to email campaigns.

  • Use Online Scheduling to set appointments with new or existing clients. Clients will receive an email and/or text (SMS) reminder of the appointment, which will familiarize them with vCita.

  • Send an email campaign to existing clients introducing vCita with an invitation to try vCita LiveSite. Include the “Schedule Now” button or link. For your convenience, vCita provides email templates for you to customize and send.

  • Offer a demo by showing an actual implementation of vCita LiveSite. Provide the opportunity of a mobile view. Use the scheduling link or button to set a time.

  • Introduce vCita by giving a customer presentation. The presentation provides an overview of vCita LiveSite and has speaker notes so it’s easy to narrate. Download the presentation.

  • Add a banner of vCita to your website to encourage new business.

  • Leverage a success story that fits your customer and share the case study. Use a quote from our testimonials page.

  • Create an invoice using vCita Invoice Templates and email to clients with the option to “Pay Now” directly from the invoice.

  • Add a “Pay Now” button to your website.

  • Follow vCita on Facebook and Twitter, and promote vCita on your blog or social media.
