What is vCita LiveSite?

Is vCita easy to add to my website or email campaigns?
Yes. Many major platforms including WordPress, Drupal, WIX, Constant Contact and others have plugins for vCita. However, vCita can be integrated in minutes into any website, email or social campaign by copying and pasting the HTML code. vCita client success managers can help integrate LiveSite, but typically anyone can do it.

Can I give my customers a trial?
Yes, as a reseller you can give your customers a 30-day trial. This allows your customer to experience the fully functioning version of LiveSite and understand the value. Our successful resellers are in some recurring revenue relationship to their customer, there is established trust and know that you stand behind what you say. As a result many just add the entire LiveSite engagement layer into their completed or reworked website and tell the client that they have 30 days to determine if there is value there. The vast majority of customers are going to see it immediately and renew past the 30 days

What happens after the 30-day trial expires?
The customer will receive a notice of the upcoming expiration, and later the account will be locked. You may contact vCita support to extend the trial if needed, purchase a license on behalf of your customer or let the customer pay on his own.

Why is there a free version of vCita?
vCita has multiple web plugins and offers a free version for customers and developers to test the product. Many businesses find vCita when they just start or even before they have a business. The free version will allow you to customize and integrate vCita widgets into any website, but will not include client capturing and management, scheduling, online payments or document sharing.

Should I always give my customers a free version or a 30-day free trial?
This mainly depends on how closely you work with your clients and the type clients you have.

    If you sell a full-service website or marketing package, it is probably better to bundle vCita Ultimate and not open the free versus paid subscription discussion.

    If you build lightweight websites or have brief consulting interactions with your client, recommending vCita and getting the free version on their website is a quick sell that will unlikely raise any objection. vCita email marketing and banners will do the work of upgrading some of those customers to a paid subscription.

How much is the program?
The preferred method is for you to purchase vCita licenses through your web professional dashboard at 50% off the list price. You then resell it to your customers as a subscription or as part of your bundle of services. You set the price and receive payment from your customer. This model offers you tremendous flexibility in packaging and pricing.

Or if you prefer, the customer can remit payment to vCita directly via the affiliate link. We will send you commission at the end of the month via PayPal.

Do I get recurring revenue from each customer at time of renewal?
 If you follow the reseller model , you will earn recurring revenue every year. With the affiliate model, you normally get a one-time payment from vCita once the customer has paid in full. Please discuss commission options with your channel manager.

How much is the program?
There are three levels of the vCita Web Professional program, based on your needs.

    Reseller (Free to Join)
  • Receive a unique link to refer your clients to vCita
  • Receive a one-time 20% commission

    Solution Provider $478.80/year
  • Receive a vCita license for yourself + your first client Business license FREE
  • Access to a WebPro management dashboard that allows you to create new clients, log into existing client’s accounts and manage subscriptions
  • Choose to purchase on behalf of clients or enable the self-pay option
  • Ability to run lead statistics reports directly from your WebPro dashboard
  • Receive 50% recurring commission from each purchased vCita subscription

    White Label $699/year
  • Removes all mention of vCita; present the LiveSite as part of your company’s own offering
  • Create your own login URL for clients
  • Freedom to use vCita support material to create resources for your clientele
  • Receive 50% recurring commission from each purchased vCita subscription

Do I get recurring revenue from each customer at time of renewal? If you are utilizing the Reseller model, you will receive a one-time 20% commission for each purchased subscription. For the Solutions Provider and White Label models, you will receive a recurring 50% commission on an annual basis for each purchased subscription.

What is the cost of the program for my clients? If you opt to enable to “client can pay” option, your clients will pay vCita retail pricing. This can be found at www.vcita.com/pricing.

If you purchase the subscription on behalf of the client, you are in complete control of the “bottom line” for your client. You can choose to invoice them only for the retail cost or if you choose to bundle vCita as part of your services, you can justify charging a much higher amount.

White Label clients will need to provide support to their clients. vCita support is not available to assist your clients directly once you have White Labeled. You are welcome to utilizing vCita existing support documentation at support.vcita.com to create a resource for your client base or you may opt to have your customers email you directly for help.
